Role Overview:

As the Product Marketing Manager for UWDataHub at Empowered Margins, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. This role involves a hands-on approach in operational execution and collaborative work with our Business Development Representatives (BDR) team in the Philippines, development team in India, and Client Services team in the US to cultivate an effective and cohesive marketing communication strategy. A key part of your role will be to build and lead a market intelligence team in collaboration with our Philippines team.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Strategize and execute marketing plans to elevate UWDataHub’s market position.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure unified product messaging and campaign execution.
  • Develop compelling sales enablement materials to assist the BDR team.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Produce engaging content that showcases UWDataHub’s unique value proposition.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

90 Days Success Criteria:

First 30 Days: Complete product training on UWDataHub, meet key global teams, and understand the market landscape.

First 60 Days: Develop and begin executing a marketing strategy, initiate digital campaigns, and provide sales enablement support.

First 90 Days: Analyze campaign results, optimize marketing efforts based on data, and present a progress report to senior management.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS technology or insurance sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across different cultures and time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.

Talent Acquisition

Software Developer

This role covers aspects of software development, software implementation, system integration & support.

Responsibilities

• • Candidates should have experience in Web application & MVC 4.0/5.0.
  • Having strong experience on ASP.NET 4.0, C#, SQL Server, MVC Framework, Entity Framework, LINQ, Jquery, Ajax
  • Develop Database design, SQL Queries, Data Layer etc with MS SQL Server 2008/2012
  • Solid understanding and use of object-oriented methodologies. Working knowledge of MVC architecture.
  • Integrate Systems with Web API.
  • Knowledge of Javascript framework like JQuery, NodeJs and Angular. Client side technologies including HTML5, CSS and Bootstrap.
  • Should be a good team player. Must be a quick learner.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members

  • Ability to participate in requirements, architecture, and design discussions and contribute technically.

Power BI Developer

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard design, as well as experience in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs
  • Create data visualizations that are intuitive, insightful, and effective in communicating key insights
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards
